    How do I know if it’s working lol I feel my serratus is super tight like I run my hands on them and they feel rigid and I also have trouble feeling my shoulder blade. Should I just continue trying to get rid of the knots with the ball?

    I have done this however it doesn’t fully get it good unless I keep adding too much pressure that hurts my skin. My soreness is when I did the combination of wrist extension and supination. What I did to focus that muscle palm up arm out straight bend hand towards pinky side as far as I could and used my other hand to help add more tension normally I only stretch extension and flexion.

    Yoga nidra(sleep yoga) is a true blessing and is available to us all! If you have issues breathing Alexandra here has a great video on diaphragm mobilization. One hour each night will improve your life in every possible way. Imagine melting all of the inflammation from your body and unraveling mind, body and soul!     I have just bought some. BUT it looks like they are plastic 'reproductions' of what you are showing us in your video! Any advice on these plastic ones, I have have received.     I went cold turkey, got fat headaches, wild mood swings from irate to totally depressed and I was so tired and unfocused I could barely function. Mind you, I drank one cup in the morning and one in the afternoon, but I found that I tolerated it less and less. I got increasingly jittery, tired, irritable and I started getting hour long heart palpitations. Yesterday I cracked, drank two cups of tea and ended up feeling motivated, but also wired and slightly anxious for the rest of the day. Couldn't sleep at all at night. I still feel kind of "up", but it's the comedown I feel, so I'm definitely a slow metabolizer. God knows how many mgs I was accumulating over several days while drinking coffee regularly... This is a really powerful drug. To think society basically celebrates this stuff while it demonizes psychedelics, it's crazy.

      I know what you mean, I had 7 days successfully weaning down the amount of coffee I had and then one day I met friends at a coffee shop, ordered tea, and I felt weird all day, it wasn't worth it

    I just bought these! I’m pregnant and am on my feet for 8 hours. My boyfriend usually massages them but it’s not enough this hits the pressure points. They do hurt but I recommend standing with them for a bit I clunk around the house with them but I recommend standing with them first.
